( 3.3 / 43 )Yo. I know its been a while since my last post, but between AX prep, panic mode, and the expo itself, you can understand why I've been away so long (not to mention work). So, I'll fill everyone in on AX in person later, probably over Catan, but for now I have an update on music to download.
I realized last year that when you watch the AMV's they pull you in both musically and visually, so it's only natural to look up the music of your favorites later. The ones I found pretty good so far (especially after you see the MV itself) are as follows: Look For (artist first then possible song):
Lordi---Hard Rock Hallelujah (the name says it all)
Within Temptation---Angels, Stand My Ground (Evanesence-like band)
And just for the hell of it download Bon Jovi if you don't already have Living On A Prayer because it's just an awesome song.
I'm trying to download as many entries at this point to share with you guys that weren't there. I'll update later with more stuff, see you guys soon.
P.S. I'm absolutely dominating the ramen we bought for expo, lol.

( 3 / 31 )Fubar, this is mainly for you but it's still massively awesome, and another possible money scheme like the best buy sale, only reversed.
Check out this screen cap of a forum I was in...

Now IF this is true, I command you to go get it, because it is an expansion of Guild Wars, (even though you don't need the original to play and I would strongly suggest playing the first one for the easy learning curve) and one of the more awesome ones at that.
Secondly, understand that gamestop will probably only be carrying one or two max, so get there ASAP. On the other hand Guild Wars: Nightfall usually goes for $45 so I find great amusement that best buy will accept anything w/o a receipt if you agree to trade it in for store credit, and I'm all about free best buy money.
EDIT: Meh, I pretty much knew it wasn't true, but I did manage to buy it at half price, turn it into best buy, purchase Guild Wars: Prophecies for Fubar and end up with 22 bucks left over. Go me.

( 3.1 / 21 )Speaking of course about "Ninja in the Claw of the CIA." Crying laughing at how incredibly horrible it was. We must watch all together as Yelsew.
Also: have you ever really listened to the words in the song 'Freak On A Leash?' This has to be my favorite part: "A doong badibadi mnnhmmhmmah a doong badibadi mnnhmmhmmah a doong badibadi mnnhmmhmmah GO!" is it just me or is that sheer ADI brilliance right there?

( 2.8 / 22 )Ok, so as I've discussed with some of you, I feel we have a tendency to overthink things when it comes to pranks, like the much too extravagant plot we had for Agtag. Usually the pranks are later broken down to a more manageable plot, therefore increasing the likeliness of an easy success, and decreasing traceability and the risks of being caught.
Well now I propose the ultimate breakdown for TOTAL success and deniability at the most basic level. For example: if we were to take everything but one resource and base a plot on that, what would be best? Ketchup. That's right not catsup because spelling wordfilter proves I'm right.
My idea my friends is to simply fill the basin between Agtag's driveway and street gutter with ketchup. Simple, cheap and in great supply, easily concealable, messy as hell, and one of the most random things I've thought up in a while.
Feedback please.
